How to repair the electric bike motor?
1. If the brushed motor is measured with a universal meter, it proves that the motor is good. The motor is broken if it is not energized.
2. The eight wires of the brushless motor are black, red, yellow, green, blue, big yellow, green and big blue. Use the red pen of the multimeter to measure the black wire of the motor. Measure three small lines with a black pen. If the resistance is between 650-750, the motor is no problem.
3. The brush motors of electric vehicles generally replace the carbon brushes. Before opening, pay attention to whether the friction between the shifter and the carbon brush is not connected. If yes, rub the changer with sandpaper to keep the same distance from the carbon brush.
4. Turn on the motor and pay attention to the motor wire package. Do not rub the cable package to avoid damage to the cable package. Don’t stick the magnet with iron, so as not to cause the magnet to break.
5. Replace the Hall of the brushless motor. Pay attention to the connection of the Hall wires. For the first time, it is best to take the wire down and solder it up to avoid miswelding. Dip it with 502 first, and then use AB glue to avoid looseness.
6. Change the magnet. Be careful to clean the glue on the spindle and the magnet when applying the magnet. Use magnets and magnets to attract each other. The glue should be put in the opposite direction and then glued.
